The Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub is a first and foremost a community, we want this space to be interactive, informative and inspiring. We want to this to be a safe space to explore the essence of wellness as the foundation of achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. Understanding wellness is vital to cultivating and optimizing strong roots of wellness. Wellness is not a passive or stagnant state. It is an “active pursuit,” shaped by our state of mind, intentions, focus, and actions as we strive to reach an optimal state of well-being.

Wellness is interconnected and encompasses various dimensions of our lives that should harmoniously coexist. From our mental and emotional states to our sense of connectedness, our social and spiritual, and environment, all play an integral role in our pursuit of wellness.
